Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice, linklettr.com will promptly review the claim and, if the notice is complete and valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any material is infringing.

After the material is removed or access is disabled, we will notify the user who posted the material, unless prohibited by law.

Please send your counter-notification to the same DMCA Agent address provided above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content unless we have received a notice of litigation relating to the content in question.
